I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, which claims to be a 5-star establishment but fails to meet even the most basic standards. The food was not only disappointing but also unbearable, as they served the leftovers from the previous day's meals repeatedly. I was shocked to discover that they minced yesterday's lunch into Turkish pizza, an unacceptable practice for a supposedly 5-star hotel. On a positive note, the Turkish people were genuinely kind and hospitable, but unfortunately, the hotel's staff failed to reflect this warmth. Additionally, the hotel area lacked any noteworthy dining experiences, as any restaurant outside the hotel provided far better and more enjoyable dining options. It was truly disheartening to realize that I had to venture outside the hotel to find a decent meal. The hotel's restaurants were equally disappointing, serving food similar to what you'd find in an average restaurant. The menu was monotonous, with limited choices and an abundance of rice and noodles. The dinner consisted of repetitive grilled meat and cheap frozen fish, and even the desserts were bland, overly sweet, and lacked any trace of nuts in the baklava. The staff's demeanor was far from friendly, and it seemed they were primarily motivated by tips. Their proficiency in English and German was severely lacking, as they mostly conversed in Russian and Turkish. The evening entertainment was a major letdown, entirely in Russian and Turkish, leaving non-speakers completely excluded and making it unsuitable for families with children. The absence of any substantial program was evident, far from what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. Occasionally, you might encounter some good individuals among the staff, but the overall impression was quite negative. The bars had their share of issues as well, with watered-down beer that was sometimes unavailable in half of the bars. The unskilled personnel at the bars often struggled to pour a proper pint, and the taps frequently malfunctioned. The young and inexperienced staff appeared poorly trained. While the rooms were clean, they fell short of the standard of a serious hotel. The supposed "French bed" was merely two single beds put together, and the additional sofa bed was rickety. Everything felt outdated and old. In conclusion, it's evident that no one is monitoring the hotel's adherence to 5-star standards, as this establishment would barely qualify for 3 stars in the EU. Perhaps it once deserved its 5-star rating, but that time has long passed since its construction. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions about their choice of accommodation.

Possibly worst hotel I had experienced across the continent, I had read some bad reviews before booking a room, it was a mistake to ignore them. Hotel itself is dirty, can’t compare it to any other hotel in Turkey I have been so far. Rooms …

I had a really nice time at the hotel with my wife and her parents. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Everything was really clean, which I appreciated. They had a good variety of food that was quite tasty too. I'd definitely recommend this place to families looking for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel does not deserve five stars. Terrible coffee, often missing forks and cups (you had to drink from paper cups), plates unwashed. Cleanliness in the rooms is average. Lots of greenery, clean water, lots of free sun loungers
